Hardwood floor drying

This customer suffered a water damage and their hardwood flooring was affected.  They were very hopeful that SERVPRO of Floyd County could save the flooring.  Our crews removed the water, set up a dehumidifier to dry out the room, and set up air movers to assist in the drying process.  The customer was thrilled that the floors did not need to be removed.  It is always our goal to save what can be saved so there isn't unnecessary expense to the customer.  This also helps with the total time a customer is out of sorts in their home following a disaster.
